The production rate of mattresses depends on several factors, including demand, factory production capacity, and the type of mattress (foam, spring, orthopedic, etc.).

Our company is a commercial entity, though our current name has been in use since 2003. We have a long history in polyurethane. Initially, we were involved in importing polyurethane raw materials, but later we decided to establish our own production line. This decision faced challenges with obtaining permits.

Almost all polymers are prone to yellowing during processing and use, and the most fundamental reason for yellowing is the instability of polymer structure, which is easily affected by light, oxidation, high temperature and so on.

Polyurethane and epoxy coatings both protect surfaces, but differ in properties. Polyurethane cures faster, offers flexibility, UV protection, and is ideal for high-traffic areas and marine use. Epoxy is more chemical-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. Polyurethane is more elastic, while epoxy is stiffer and more durable against chemicals.
