Our company is a commercial entity, though our current name has been in use since 2003. We have a long history in polyurethane. Initially, we were involved in importing polyurethane raw materials, but later we decided to establish our own production line. This decision faced challenges with obtaining permits. Since purchasing formulations from abroad is problematic due to regional and seasonal differences in production requirements, we developed our own formulas. We now have around 220 formulations that cater to the market’s needs. Our work involves taking base raw materials and preparing them for end users, adjusting formulations to suit regional climatic conditions and altitudes.
In addition to working on various projects, we also have a training division; we visit customer factories to provide guidance on using each specific material, as polyurethane is a sensitive product that requires support to be used effectively.
One of the features of our factory is the use of fully automated reactors, and our formulations remain consistent so that customers do not notice changes when they purchase the same formula again. Moreover, our precision in measurement and quality control ensures that our product quality is comparable to European and Turkish companies at international exhibitions.
Our company is a knowledge-based company, though being knowledge-based does not provide significant advantages or support. Domestically, we are in a good position and rank among the top three companies in the Iranian market.
