Organizing wires is essential for space-saving, especially in applications like automotive manufacturing. Wiring harnesses are commonly used to bundle wires or cables, keeping them organized. Polyurethane is a common material for protecting wires from abrasion and moisture. This product is a two-component system, where the two chemicals react immediately upon entering the mold. Since these materials start in liquid form, they adhere well to the wires, providing complete coverage. As the chemicals react in the mold, they begin to solidify, forming a flexible foam. This foam reduces costs compared to scenarios requiring separate assembly.
